Remote role that requires travel
Responsibilities
Provide intraoperative clinical support during surgical procedures
Educate surgeons, nurses, and OR staff on product usage, best practices, and clinical applications
Deliver product demonstrations, in-services, and training sessions for healthcare professionals
Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospital staff, and internal teams
Support product launches, evaluations, and ongoing customer education initiatives
Troubleshoot and address clinical or technical questions in real time
Maintain accurate documentation, case notes, and customer feedback
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to support territory growth
Travel extensively to customer sites, hospitals, and industry events as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent clinical experience preferred
Prior experience in a Clinical Specialist, Clinical Support, OR Support, or related medical device role preferred
Nursing background and/or operating room experience strongly preferred
Strong presentation, communication, and training abilities
Comfortable working in fast-paced surgical environments
Ability to build rapport and act as a consultative clinical resource
Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable
Willingness and ability to travel extensively (approximately 85%+)
Preferred Background
Experience supporting spine, orthopedic, or surgical medical devices
Prior experience training clinicians or serving in an educator-focused role
Familiarity with hospital and operating room protocols and workflows
