Responsibilities
  • Provide intraoperative clinical support during surgical procedures
  • Educate surgeons, nurses, and OR staff on product usage, best practices, and clinical applications
  • Deliver product demonstrations, in-services, and training sessions for healthcare professionals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, hospital staff, and internal teams
  • Support product launches, evaluations, and ongoing customer education initiatives
  • Troubleshoot and address clinical or technical questions in real time
  • Maintain accurate documentation, case notes, and customer feedback
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to support territory growth
  • Travel extensively to customer sites, hospitals, and industry events as needed

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent clinical experience preferred
  • Prior experience in a Clinical Specialist, Clinical Support, OR Support, or related medical device role preferred
  • Nursing background and/or operating room experience strongly preferred
  • Strong presentation, communication, and training abilities
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced surgical environments
  • Ability to build rapport and act as a consultative clinical resource
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and adaptable
  • Willingness and ability to travel extensively (approximately 85%+)

Preferred Background
  • Experience supporting spine, orthopedic, or surgical medical devices
  • Prior experience training clinicians or serving in an educator-focused role
  • Familiarity with hospital and operating room protocols and workflows
