About the role
We are seeking a compassionate Speech Therapist to provide in-home therapeutic services for diverse patients, primarily adults and seniors.
Qualifications include valid SLP licensure, experience with seniors and early intervention, strong knowledge of speech physiology, and OASIS software experience. Excellent communication and independent working skills are essential.

- Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders across all ages, including early intervention for children.
- Develop personalized treatment plans to improve speech, language, voice, cognition, and swallowing functions.
- Collaborate with families and healthcare teams to ensure consistent, effective care and support ongoing progress.
- Monitor patient outcomes, adjust strategies, and educate families on exercises and techniques for continued improvement.
- Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
