- Provide comprehensive speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing therapy to patients of all ages, including outpatient, inpatient, and swing bed cases.
- Perform evaluations, develop and update treatment plans, and collaborate with medical teams to ensure quality care.
- Address communication and swallowing disorders, including therapy for speech, language, cognitive functions, and upper aerodigestive issues.
- Educate patients and families, supervise therapy aides, and participate in community educational activities.
- Meet licensing and certification requirements, with membership in professional organizations preferred.
