The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in management, strategic planning, and business development. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive profitability while ensuring operational excellence across all districts. (+7 year of McDonald’s related experience) What You'll Do As an Area Supervisor , you’ll oversee 3–4 restaurants, partnering with General Managers to elevate performance, people, and profit. You’ll be the go-to coach, mentor, and strategic partner ensuring each location meets the Gold Standard in Quality, Service, and Cleanliness. You Will
Lead and manage the performance of multiple store locations to achieve sales targets and operational goals.
Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance business growth and profitability.
Supervise and mentor store managers, providing guidance on best practices in sales, customer service, and team management.
Analyze profit & loss statements to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity across all locations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and standards.
Oversee project management efforts related to new store openings, renovations, or other significant changes within the district.
Foster a positive work environment that encourages employee engagement, development, and retention.
What We’re Looking For
+7 year of McDonald’s related experience
Proven experience in management with a focus on supervising teams in a retail or service-oriented environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others towards achieving common goals.
Demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and business development initiatives.
Solid understanding of profit & loss management principles.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Experience in process improvement methodologies is highly desirable.
