Job Title: Social Account Executive
We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented Social Account Executive to support day-to-day social media activity and client servicing across our key accounts. You will work closely with the Social Media Manager and wider agency teams to help deliver best-in-class social campaigns, keep work organized and on track, and contribute to social and content strategies to ensure the success of our clients and the agency.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a point of contact for clients, managing relationships and addressing needs.
  • Support the Social Media Manager and cross-functional team in managing day-to-day client communications.
  • Help prepare materials for client meetings, including agendas, status documents, and basic performance summaries.
  • Track next steps and deadlines, ensuring internal teams are clear on deliverables and timings.
  • Support the creative and social teams in optimizing content per platform best practices (formats, timings, captions, tags).
  • Help identify cultural moments, social trends, and relevant conversations to inform content and engagement.
  • Assist in compiling regular social performance reports (weekly/monthly), including pulling metrics from platform and third-party tools.
  • Help summarize basic performance insights and learnings for optimization recommendations.
  • Support the team in managing workflow: updating trackers, status documents, and content calendars.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, strategy, production, media) to help keep projects moving smoothly and on time.

Qualifications
  • 2–3 years of experience in a social media, digital marketing, or content-related role; agency experience is a plus but not required.
  • Strong familiarity with major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn) and emerging formats and trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
  • Highly organized and process-driven, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated curiosity about culture and social media, staying up to date with trends, creators, and platform updates.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and eager to learn from more senior team members.
