Role Description
As a Specialty Pharmaceutical Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth and fostering relationships with healthcare professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying potential clients, promoting Mayne Pharma's pharmaceutical products to healthcare providers, negotiating contracts, and providing excellent customer service. You will also stay informed about industry trends, maintain detailed sales records, and achieve sales targets. This is a full-time hybrid role based in Hampstead, NC, with opportunities for remote work as needed.
Qualifications
  • Effective Communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey product information and build strong relationships.
  • Proven experience in Pharmaceutical Sales or Sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Knowledge of Pharmacy and a solid understanding of pharmaceutical products and industry trends.
  • Strong Customer Service skills, with a focus on addressing healthcare providers' needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a hybrid work environment.
  • Experience with CRM software and data analysis is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the regulatory environment of the pharmaceutical industry is beneficial.
