Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Charlotte, NC, for a Sales Director at the brand new Hilton Garden Inn Steele Creek opening this summer in Charlotte.
The Sales Director will oversee the development and implementation of strategic sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets. Daily responsibilities include managing sales operations, strengthening client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, coordinating with internal teams, and leading a high-performing sales team. The role demands collaboration with stakeholders to ensure sustained growth and excellent customer service excellence across the organization.

  • Experience and expertise in Sales and Sales Operations.
  • Strong background in Customer Service and relationship management.
  • Skills in Team Management and fostering collaborative work environments.
  • Proven track record in Business Development and driving growth opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to adapt to dynamic business environments and lead proactive solutions.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry and prior experience in hotel sales will be a strong advantage.
