About the Role: Manufacturing Engineer We are seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Engineer to design, implement, and optimize production processes. In this role, you will be the technical bridge between product design and shop-floor execution, ensuring that manufacturing systems are efficient, scalable, and compliant with rigorous industry standards. You will focus on minimizing waste, improving cycle times, and ensuring equipment reliability. Core Responsibilities
Process Optimization: Design and refine manufacturing workflows using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to reduce bottlenecks and enhance throughput.
Compliance & Validation: Author and execute validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ ) and ensure all processes align with ISO standards, safety regulations, and corporate SOPs.
Technical Documentation: Maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOM), work instructions, and engineering change notices (ECN) within the PLM/ERP system.
Equipment Management: Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of production machinery; coordinate with vendors for specialized equipment procurement.
Quality Engineering: Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) for production defects or deviations.
Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the primary technical contact for R&D, Quality Assurance, and external equipment integrators to ensure seamless New Product Introduction (NPI).
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field (Required ).
Experience: 0–5 years of experience in a manufacturing, assembly, or industrial environment.
Technical Skills (Required):
Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for jig and fixture design.
Strong grasp of Lean Manufacturing , Kaizen, and statistical process control (SPC).
Experience with ERP/MRP systems for production scheduling and material tracking.
Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T.
Preferred Skills:
Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
Experience in regulated environments (MedTech, Aerospace, or Pharma/GxP).
Knowledge of automation/robotics and PLC programming.
