- Strong understanding of consumer behavior across casual, family, and social gaming audiences

Your role as a Senior Internal Auditor plays a critical part in supporting the company’s Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance program, with primary responsibility for testing key business process controls.

- 3–6+ years of progressive experience in internal audit, external audit, or SOX compliance.

- Proven hands-on experience executing SOX testing within a U.S.-listed or multinational organization.

- Strong working knowledge of internal control frameworks (e.g., COSO) and applicable auditing standards.

- Experience leading testing of business process controls.

- Exposure to continuous monitoring, automated testing techniques, or data analytics in audit activities.

**The Opportunity:**

The Executive Assistant reports directly to the Senior Vice President of theCorporate / Securities, Global Commercial & Operations, and Government Affairs section of the Mattel Law Department, and is responsible for providing day-to-day, general administrative support to the SVP and team.

**What Your Impact Will Be**

- Manage schedule, calendar, and correspondence for SVP, including phone coverage and scheduling and coordinating internal and external calls and meetings in various time zones globally; prioritize senior executive's schedule based on knowledge of priorities and needs, including acting in a "gatekeeper" role

- Manage section budgeting and spend matters, including forecasts and accruals, with oversight from SVP and attorneys; interface with law firms and manage e-billing payments; create reports; and manage vendor/supplier onboarding and billing, including creating purchase orders and processing of invoices

- Manage and complete efficiently and accurately a broad range of administrative tasks, including assisting with special projects; coordinating IT desktop issues; generate/prepare complex documents, reports, and PowerPoint presentation, Excel spreadsheets, redlines, and other charts/materials

- Collect and prepare information for meetings with staff and outside parties; compose and prepare correspondence; maintain contact lists; manage travel arrangements; complete expense reports

- Assist with the preparation and distribution of Board of Directors and Board Committee materials; support materials for other various meetings, including presentations, drafting agendas, compiling information, etc.

- Support SVP in role as Chair of Law Department Pro Bono Committee and member of the Board of Directors of Mattel Foundation

- Assist with coordinating and tracking multiple projects, deliverables, and timelines across attorneys, and other stakeholders to support execution and follow-through

- Manage and prioritize inquiries and requests, while addressing conflicts, to ensure smooth day-to-day engagement

- Manage all aspects of the section’s office services, including scheduling calls/meetings, booking meeting rooms, initiating calls/zooms, and replenishing supplies; coordinate logistics and support for periodic section events and meals.

- Oversee document/records management, electronic and physical recordkeeping, as well as other systems used by the Law Department

- Collaborate with other assistants and staff within and outside the Law Department, including C-suite executive assistants

- Assist with new hire onboarding and training

- Assist in registering attorneys for continuing education webcasts, seminars and courses; track for compliance with State Bar requirements; ensure Bar fees are paid on a timely basis

- Distribute incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail for team

**What We’re Looking For**

- 7+ years experience supporting c-suite/senior executive level, including experience supporting a team (experience with legal team support a plus)

- Bachelor’s degree preferred

- Experience and success working in a fast-paced environment; strong understanding of how to represent a senior executive and acting with sensitivity to this dynamic

- Trustworthy; maintain a high level of professionalism and maturity, as well as integrity and discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information and materials

- 7+ years experience supporting c-suite/senior executive level, including experience supporting a team (experience with legal team support a plus)

The **Manager, Data Analytics ** plays a critical role within Mattel’s DTC Consumer Data & Analytics team, helping unlock the value of consumer and ecommerce data to drive business growth. This role sits at the intersection of analytics, technology, and business strategy—partnering with stakeholders across ecommerce, digital marketing, product, merchandising, and technology to transform data into actionable insights.

As a leader on the analytics team, you will drive complex analytical initiatives, guide measurement strategy, and develop scalable reporting and analytical solutions that help the organization understand consumer behavior, optimize performance, and identify opportunities for growth. You will also mentor analysts on the team, establish best practices in analytics and experimentation, and help shape the evolving analytics strategy supporting Mattel’s global DTC ecosystem.

**What Your Impact Will Be**

**Advanced Analytics & Modeling**

- Design and execute complex analyses using statistical and computational methods to evaluate ecommerce performance, consumer behavior, and marketing effectiveness

- Apply advanced statistical techniques such as regression analysis, hypothesis testing, causal inference, and experimental design to evaluate business initiatives and product changes

- Develop predictive and descriptive models to estimate outcomes such as consumer lifetime value, purchase propensity, churn risk, and campaign performance

- Prototype and evaluate advanced analytical approaches, including machine learning methods and domain-specific models where appropriate

**Data Engineering & Data Architecture Collaboration**

- Write highly optimized SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large-scale datasets across multiple relational databases and cloud data platforms

- Partner closely with data engineering teams to design and improve scalable data pipelines, data models, and data structures that support analytics and reporting needs

- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and accuracy across DTC data sources including ecommerce platforms, digital analytics, CRM, marketing systems, and operational data

- Contribute to improvements in data architecture, analytics workflows, and data governance practices that enable reliable and scalable analysis

**Data Visualization & Analytics Products**

- Design and build scalable dashboards and reporting solutions that enable stakeholders to monitor key DTC performance metrics and identify opportunities for growth

- Develop interactive visualizations and data products that communicate complex analytical results clearly and effectively

- Establish visualization standards and best practices that ensure clarity, consistency, and actionable storytelling across analytics outputs

- Deliver insights through compelling data storytelling that supports executive decision-making

**Measurement, Experimentation & Performance Analysis**

- Define measurement frameworks and key performance indicators for ecommerce initiatives, digital marketing campaigns, and consumer engagement programs

- Lead experimentation initiatives, including A/B testing and experimental design, to evaluate product features, merchandising strategies, and marketing initiatives

- Analyze and interpret experimental results to provide clear recommendations and guide product and business strategy

- Develop standardized approaches for measuring funnel performance, customer journeys, and consumer lifecycle behavior

**Analytics Leadership & Cross-Functional Partnership**

- Lead high-impact analytics projects that support Mattel’s Direct-to-Consumer ecommerce strategy and digital transformation

- Translate complex business questions into structured analytical approaches and technical solutions

- Mentor analysts on advanced analytical methods, coding standards, and best practices in analytics development

- Partner with product, marketing, merchandising, and technology teams to embed data-driven decision-making across the organization

**What We’re Looking For**

**Experience & Education**

- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or another quantitative discipline (Master’s degree preferred)

- 8+ years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data science, or a related field

- Experience leading complex analytics projects and influencing business decisions through data

- Prior experience in ecommerce, digital analytics, consumer analytics, or retail environments strongly preferred

**Technical Skills**

- Advanced proficiency in SQL and working with large-scale relational datasets

- Experience working with cloud data platforms such as Redshift, BigQuery, Snowflake, or Athena

- Strong proficiency with Python or R for statistical analysis, data processing, and modeling

- Experience with data visualization and BI tools such as Tableau, QuickSight, Looker, or similar platforms

**The Opportunity:**

We’re looking for a Product Manager to drive the integration and adoption of a new consumer MDM solution at Mattel. This role owns how consumer identity and profile data comes together across business units and touchpoints, and how we use MDM as an operational layer that serves trusted consumer data to downstream systems.

You’ll join a small, tech-focused team inside a large company.

**What Your Impact Will Be**

- Own the roadmap for the consumer MDM rollout, including integration sequencing, data onboarding, and adoption across business units.

- Define the product scope for MDM as both

- a system of record for consumer identity and profile data, and

- an operational layer that serves mastered data to edge systems (CDP/CRM, e-commerce platforms, marketing tools, customer service, analytics).

- Lead end-to-end delivery of source system integrations into the MDM (batch + real-time where needed), including requirements, mapping, testing, cutover, and support.

- Define the core MDM concepts and rules we need to operate successfully

- identity resolution and matching rules

- survivorship rules and attribute precedence

- golden record structure and profile completeness

- hierarchy/relationships where relevant (households, accounts, identities)

- metadata and data lineage needed for trust and troubleshooting

- Drive alignment across business units on shared consumer definitions, required attributes, and operational use cases.

- Own data quality and reliability for the MDM

- define tests and monitoring for match rates, duplicates, completeness, and latency

- manage issue triage and incident follow-ups

- partner with engineering and QA to automate testing

- Set integration contracts for edge systems

- data schemas, SLAs, and change management

- access patterns (APIs, event streams, batch feeds) based on system needs

- Manage vendor and partner work where applicable, and keep delivery moving across teams (Engineering, QA, Marketing, Insights, Platforms, Privacy/Security).

- Communicate status, risks, and tradeoffs to leadership and stakeholders.

**What We’re Looking For**

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Analytics, or related field (Master’s/MBA a plus).

- 5+ years as a Product Manager (or similar) working on data platforms, integrations, or analytics products (7+ years overall).

- Direct, hands-on MDM experience delivering and operating an MDM program, ideally for consumer/customer identity data. This is a “must-have”.

- Strong understanding of what makes MDM work across multiple business units and touchpoints

- source system onboarding patterns

- operating model basics (who owns what, how changes get made)

- managing conflicting definitions and priorities

- Experience building and tuning identity resolution

- match/merge strategies

- survivorship and attribute precedence

- duplicate detection and remediation workflows

- Experience using MDM as an operational data layer to serve mastered consumer data to edge systems through APIs, events, and batch feeds.

- Proven ability to work with engineering and QA teams through delivery (requirements, scope, prioritization, release planning).

- Strong communication skills, including writing clear requirements and running cross-team delivery.

**Nice-to-haves**

- SQL (strong) and/or Python (basic to intermediate).

- Experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud preferred).

- Experience with CDP/CRM and identity ecosystems (consent, preferences, marketing activation flows).

- Familiarity with privacy/security expectations for consumer data (access controls, auditing, least privilege).
