We are actively looking for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join an Enterprise Document Management team supporting a major US Banking client in a highly advanced technology environment.
š¹ Required Skills & Experience:āļø 5+ years of hands-on BSA experience
āļø Strong Agile mindset and SDLC understanding
āļø Business Process Analysis & Workflow Mapping
āļø BRDs, Functional Specs, User Stories & Use Cases
āļø Microsoft Visio, Excel, Power BI, Tableau
āļø SQL, APIs, Databases & System Integrations
āļø Stakeholder Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration
āļø Strong communication and analytical skills
š¹ Nice to Have:
ā Banking / Financial Services experience
ā ECM / Enterprise Document Management platforms such as OpenText, IBM FileNet, Hyland OnBase, AEM, or SharePoint
š Location Requirement:Candidates must be local to Pittsburgh, PA and available to work onsite 5 days a week.
