At MasonMade Ventures, we build and grow businesses that support critical infrastructure across the built environment. Our portfolio includes companies operating in specialty trades, infrastructure visibility, and facilities services. We are seeking a Marketing & Communications Coordinator to support content creation, digital communications, brand visibility, and day-to-day marketing execution across MasonMade Ventures and its portfolio companies, including Field Services Unlimited and Vision Infrastructure Solutions. This role is ideal for someone with 3–5 years of experience who is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to grow within a fast-moving entrepreneurial environment. The position will work closely with the Director of Communications & Social Impact to help execute communications initiatives while supporting broader brand-building efforts across the portfolio companies. What You’ll Do Content & Communications Support
Draft and edit social content, newsletters, website copy, internal communications, and marketing materials.
Assist with thought leadership content, employee spotlights, and event promotions.
Support executive communications and visibility initiatives.
Help maintain consistent messaging and brand standards across all channels.
Social Media & Digital Marketing
Manage social media content creation and publishing calendars.
Coordinate graphic requests and create original graphics.
Monitor engagement metrics and assist with reporting and analytics.
Support audience growth initiatives and engagement efforts.
Event Coordination
Assist with webinars, conferences, sponsorships, LinkedIn Live events, and industry activations.
Coordinate timelines, assets, and communications related to events.
Help organize photography, video, and content collection opportunities.
Marketing Coordination
Maintain marketing calendars, content trackers, and communications workflows
Support website updates and basic CMS management
Assist with project coordination across multiple portfolio companies
What We’re Looking For
3–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, public relations, or digital media
Strong writing and editing skills with attention to tone, clarity, and detail
Ability to leverage AI ethically to assist with communications initiatives
Experience managing social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn
Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously utilizing Asana
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Strong organizational and project management skills
Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting B2B brands, professional services, facilities management, construction, infrastructure, or related industries
Familiarity with Squarespace, Hubspot, and social media analytics
Familiarity with AEO and/or GEO
Basic photography/video coordination experience is a plus
Agency or multi-brand experience is beneficial
Although the role is remote, the candidate should reside in the New York City Metropolitan Area and be willing to travel occasionally for team meetings
