Wage Range: $150,000-$175,000 Location: Arvada, CO (On-Site) Summary The Director is responsible for expanding relationships, growing sales, and achieving strategic initiatives. You will lead efforts to increase market share from direct competitors while improving the organization's focus on customer value and profitability. Roles & Responsibilities
Develop and expand the business while improving the organization in the USA
Develop and execute a consultative sales strategy with a clear focus and understanding of the different target groups
Develop and implement a growth-oriented sales plan aimed at securing increased market share from direct competitors without changing the company's focus on adding customer value for a profitable business
Establish a strategy aligned with the company's global strategic direction and develop short-term goals and initiatives in line with overall group objectives
Focus on profitability and sales growth for new installations
Prepare presentations and manage customer activities, customer setup, and pricing
Ensure all sales efficiency KPI's are met
Drive improvement in sales effectiveness through both training on a team level and one on one sales coaching in the field
Work harmoniously with the marketing team to develop and execute a powerful customer winning strategy
Develop a cooperative partnership with the service organization to provide customers with best-in-class service
Lead efforts with the local management team to continuously improve internal structures and procedures
Develop and strengthen communication and teamwork within the company
Drive cultural change in a collaborative, positive atmosphere that promotes open communication

Qualifications Education & Experience
BA/BS degree in business management or an equivalent combination of education and experience
High Level of Proficiency in MS Office products and Salesforce
Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Dynamic “team spirit” personality with an innovative and entrepreneurial leadership style
Results-driven role model who is visibly hands-on and willing to sell
Proven experience as a sales coach
International and intercultural work experience is highly desirable
Extreme attention to detail and accuracy
Must be able to work with a diverse variety of people from different cultures and backgrounds
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and/or move up to 20 lbs.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, crouch, climb and use hands to grip regularly.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
