Role Overview:We are seeking an accomplished and results-driven General Manager of Sales – US to
lead the company’s sales and business development initiatives across the region. The
ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial services outsourcing,
with a demonstrated ability to build new client relationships, drive revenue
expansion, and develop strategic partnerships.
This leadership role will be instrumental in shaping the company’s US growth
strategy and will work closely with senior management to align business objectives
with long-term organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:• Lead and execute sales strategies across multiple service lines including
accounting, tax, valuation, financial due diligence, and investment
banking support.
• Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities with small and
mid-market clients.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with private equity and
investment banking firms, startup accelerators, CFOs, and consulting
partners such as CPA firms, temp CFOs, and valuation firms.
• Collaborate with the marketing and leadership teams to design and
implement growth-focused initiatives.
• Represent the organization at relevant industry events, conferences, and
professional forums to enhance visibility and brand reputation.
• Provide regular sales performance reports, pipeline updates, and market
intelligence to the leadership team.
• Build, mentor, and expand the sales team as the business scales.
Desired Profile:• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or sales
within the financial services outsourcing/offshoring
domain (mandatory).
• Proven expertise in managing offshore/global delivery business
models.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive
initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related discipline (MBA
preferred).
