Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Drafts planning studies and reports to assist in the development of facilities and land use programs.
- Perform site assessments and collect data on existing infrastructure conditions.
- Maintain planning archives and documentation in accordance with established SOPs.
- Develops draft project programming documents and facility requirement evaluations for senior-level review and coordination.
- Support the maintenance of the Theater Master Plan by updating site maps and facility utilization data.
- Prepare artifacts for environmental and site feasibility assessments under senior guidance.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of position relevant experience.
- Demonstrated ability to draft technical planning documentation and follow established SOPs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Foundational proficiency in GIS or CAD software.
- Experience supporting OCONUS planning or engineering projects.
- Familiarity with DoD programming and budgeting cycles.
Clearance Requirements
- Must hold an active DOD Confidential Clearance
Physical Requirements
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
