**Role Description **

This is a full-time role located in Old Orchard Beach, Maine. As a Partnership Activation Intern, you will assist in executing sponsorship agreements, ensuring partner satisfaction, and creating engaging experiences for fans and sponsors. Your primary responsibilities include maintaining relationships with existing partners, supporting the delivery of partnership activations, assisting sales efforts for new partnerships, and collecting feedback to optimize future initiatives. This role provides hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced sports and entertainment environment.

**Qualifications **

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with partners.

- Experience in partnerships and strategic partnerships, with an ability to support and execute partnership activations effectively.

- Analytical skills to assess partnership performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.

- Sales experience and the ability to support efforts in identifying and securing new partnership opportunities.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take initiative in a fast-paced setting.

- Enthusiasm for sports and entertainment is a plus.

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Sports Management, or a related field.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
