About the Role

We are looking for professionals to join **Magnus Business Group ** as **Independent Business Brokers / M&A Advisors **.

You advise privately held businesses through valuation, preparation, buyer qualification, negotiation, and closing. You manage the advisory process end-to-end, with responsibility for accuracy, pacing, and client trust.

You work independently, manage your own schedule, and operate within a structured, ethical advisory framework, supported by experienced leadership.

This is a commission-based role with flexible hours for professionals who are comfortable taking ownership of outcomes and working through complex deal cycles.

Key Responsibilities

- Advise business owners through the business sale process

- Prepare and review valuation inputs and financial information

- Manage buyer qualification and negotiations

- Coordinate with CPAs, attorneys, lenders, and MBG leadership

- Maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and professional standards

Requirements

- Active California real estate license

- Strong financial literacy (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)

- Understanding of business sale structures

- Professional experience in brokerage, M&A, finance, or advisory roles

- High integrity, discretion, and accountability

- Proficiency in Excel and financial analysis tools
