Regional Sales Manager Company: MAC Panel Location: AZ; Remote (Up to 50% Travel) Position Overview MAC Panel is seeking a driven and strategic Regional Sales Manager to expand our presence in key high-reliability markets, with a primary focus on Aerospace & Defense. This role is responsible for developing new business, managing existing accounts, and driving revenue growth across a defined region. Secondary market focus includes automotive/industrial and medical/semiconductor, with additional opportunities in emerging industries utilizing mass interconnect solutions. This is a remote position requiring up to 50% travel to support customer engagement, onsite meetings, and industry events. Key Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth and market penetration within the Aerospace & Defense sector (primary focus)
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across assigned territory
Manage and grow relationships with existing customers and key accounts
Expand sales efforts into automotive/industrial and medical/semiconductor markets
Identify and pursue opportunities in additional industries that can benefit from mass interconnect solutions
Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with company objectives
Collaborate with engineering, product management, and internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
Conduct technical sales presentations and product demonstrations
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and CRM updates
Represent MAC Panel at trade shows, conferences, and customer sites
Provide market feedback to support product development and positioning
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of technical sales experience, preferably in:
Aerospace & Defense (strongly preferred)
Test systems, connectivity, or interconnect solutions
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience managing long, complex sales cycles
Strong understanding of engineering-driven sales environments
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
Preferred Experience
Familiarity with mass interconnect systems, automated test equipment (ATE), or electronic test environments
Experience working with OEMs, integrators, or defense contractors
Exposure to regulated industries such as medical or semiconductor manufacturing
