**Overview **

Lutron Electronics has an immediate opening for a**Principal Industrial Designer **within our Product Aesthetics, Cognition, and Ergonomics Design team at our corporate headquarters in Coopersburg, PA. In this position, you would be a key product design leader creating new product concepts, working closely with engineering, marketing, sales and the businesses to create the next generation of innovative lighting control solutions. The ideal candidate will be able to blend technology and design, clearly express their ideas, provide direction and leadership to the design team, take direction from senior leadership and partner with cross functional departments on strategy and execution.

**Responsibilities **

- Blend Engineering, Technology and Design to create world class innovative lighting solutions that delight customers

- Manage resource allocation, overall projects and project schedules

- Collaborate cross functionally across the entire company having a close connection with the businesses, engineering, product management, marketing and displays/demo team

- Manage the creative process of product design

- Execute models and prototypes to enable fast iteration and learning that ultimately create world-class product solutions that drive Lutron's business and delight our customers

- Onboard new processes, tools and technology to improve the quality and speed of the prototyping process

- Research future technologies that we can utilize to innovate new product concepts

- Benchmark creative and design processes

**Qualifications **

- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design or Mechanical Engineering; ideally both

- Minimum, cumulative GPA 3.00 for all degrees earned

- Minimum of 6 years of experience in **luxury **product industrial design

- Experience in mechanical engineering and design is a plus

- Passion for innovative design with strong technical capability

- Knowledge of electronics manufacturing, consumer electronics and quality systems is a plus

- Experience in high reliability product design, consumer electronics and manufacturing are a plus

Principal Industrial Designer

**Overview**

Lutron Electronics Co., Inc. is hiring a high-impact **Marketing Operations Specialist ** for our Channel Operations team in Coopersburg or Conshohocken, PA, supporting the fast-growing Budget Blinds channel. In this role, you’ll help drive product development, launches, and portfolio execution as part of the Shades Product Management team—directly fueling mid-market growth.

You’ll play a key role in elevating the channel experience and expanding direct-to-consumer capabilities, partnering cross-functionally with Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Commercial teams. We’re looking for someone who thrives on collaboration, moves quickly, and is passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences.

**Responsibilities**

- Execute product development plans for the Budget Blinds and mid-market channel

- Support project management of product launches and key channel initiatives

- Maintain the product portfolio, aligning with strategy, customer needs, and growth goals

- Drive improvements to the mid-market customer experience and direct-to-consumer capabilities

- Deliver impactful channel communications (newsletters, trainings, creative engagement)

- Build deep market, customer, and competitive insights

- Collaborate cross-functionally to execute product and channel strategies

- Identify opportunities to enhance performance, engagement, and efficiency

- Lead Budget Blinds convention planning and support webinars, field visits, and customer insights

**Qualifications**

- Bachelor’s degree required; preferred in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field

- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 for each degree or 10+ years of relevant professional experience

- Highly organized with proven ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate projects effectively

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

- 3–8 years of experience with web, email, and social media platforms, including analytics tools

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
