We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our family-owned auto transport business.
As a Dispatcher, you will play a crucial role in coordinating vehicle pickups and deliveries across the East Coast and the rest of the United States.
This position requires excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
We operate in a usually slow-paced and relaxed office environment. Hours are flexible and can be tailored to your availability. Whether you are looking for a motivated second job or simply want to supplement your Social Security income, we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
• Answer phone calls and provide professional customer service
• Dispatch and coordinate vehicle transports with carriers and drivers
• Maintain accurate records of all shipments and deliveries
• Update databases and tracking systems as needed
• Perform general office tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
Some knowledge of vehicles and auto transport is a plus.Skills & Requirements:
• Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
• Proficiency with Gmail, Adobe Sign, and PDF files
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
