**About Us: ** At Longtide Financial Partners, we’re passionate about helping our clients achieve their financial goals. We believe in a friendly, client-focused approach to financial planning and are looking for someone to help us with administrative tasks over the summer.

**What You’ll Do: ** As a summer intern, your main role will be to answer incoming calls and schedule client meetings. Your role will involve:

- Answer incoming calls from clients.

- Confirm and schedule upcoming client review meetings.

- Sort incoming mail and maintain files.

- Add meeting notes to our CRM system and assign tasks to our team.

- As part of your internship, you will also have opportunities to shadow our financial advisors to learn more about the field.

**What We’re Looking For: **

·      Organized, friendly individuals.

·      Strong attention to detail.

·      Interest in financial planning career path is a plus, but not required.
