Capable of performing root cause analysis and identifying solutions to complex problems.

Job Description Lockheed Martin is seeking a motivated and driven Quality Engineer for a position based in Grand Prairie, TX supporting the PrSM program. The position will require working flexible hours with some travel to support Lockheed Martin production sites and suppliers across the United States. Our team is responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality evaluation and control systems to ensure the production of high-quality materials and products. What You Will Be Doing As the Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for leading quality engineering efforts, developing and implementing quality standards, and ensuring compliance with requirements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks and drive continuous improvement in our processes and products. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Reviewing contractual documents in detail to identify requirements and risks

Previous Engineering or Quality Assurance Experience
Experience with AS9102 First Article Inspection
Experience with AS9145 APQP & PPAP
Experience with AS9100, ISO9001 and NQA-1/10CFR50 Appendix B
Experience with IPC/J-STD, GD&T familiarity
Experience with or certification in lean manufacturing/Lean Six Sigma
Experience in Dispositioning Non-conformances
Experience with Process Capability Analysis
Strong communication (both oral and written) will be necessary to support effective communication across multiple functions and to customer.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
