Job Description
You will be the Industrial Engineer (Level 2) for the Industrial Engineering team. Our team is responsible for developing production operation estimates, tracking cost and schedule performance, conducting capacity assessments, performing trend analysis, building cost models, and driving cost‑reduction and process‑improvement initiatives.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Industrial Engineer (Level 2) you will be responsible for delivering accurate production estimates, monitoring cost and schedule health, and leading continuous improvement efforts that enhance efficiency and profitability.
Your Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To
  • Develop production operation estimates and capacity assessments.
  • Track cost and schedule performance and perform trend analysis.
  • Create and maintain cost models to support budgeting.
  • Identify and implement cost‑reduction initiatives.
  • Drive continuous process‑improvement activities across the organization.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance. A company-sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start.
Desired Skills
  • Experience creating labor estimates and learning curve application.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations to leadership.
  • Experience using SAP ERP system.
  • Experience with FAR proposals and creation of BOEs (Basis of Estimate).
  • CAM (Control Account Manager) certified.
  • Experience or education in manufacturing.
  • Experience in data analytics and/or creating tableau dashboards.
