**THE ROLE**

Insomniac is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Site Production Project Manager to join the production team at festivals and/or concerts. This position is a hybrid position in office and on site at various even locations.

**Responsibilities**

Project Management

- Partner with the Site Production Manager through the execution of every aspect of festival site production such as advance work, creating/updating vendor orders, onsite build coordination, etc.

- Manage and maintain day-to-day flow of projects with Site Production Manager per show.

- Maintain project timelines, track project process, and provide updates to all stakeholders.

- Be responsible for the creation and managing of site ops crew labor schedules and budgets.

- Manage onsite schedules for Site Operations team and distribute / track daily task lists and projects through build and strike.

- Provide support for all areas of the site ops team such as assistance in heavy equipment auditing and quartermaster tracking as necessary.

- Be responsible for other special projects as assigned by the site production manager.

Reporting

- Prepare and track all P-Card spending reports, and per diem coordination with finance team.

- Partner with site production manager to prepare forecasts, collect and organize quotes, and manage post show invoice reconciling.

- Understand cost of materials / supplies and consequences of damages and loss with festival gear / rentals.

Administration

- Manage seasonal staff roster, coordinate offer letters, and new hire onboarding in coordination with HR.

- Be responsible for timekeeping and payroll functions for seasonal staff in coordination with HR.

- Partner with Site Production Manager to spearhead recruitment / hiring efforts.

- Coordinate staff lodging, ground transportation, and flight travel with our Fan Experiences travel agency.

- Schedule calls and meetings, prepare notes and support the site production manager in all administrative related tasks.

- Create necessary documents such as Airtable forms, day sheets, command post dispatch guide and prepare site ops team, heavy equipment admin, and quartermaster admin with all necessary show info for proper logging / auditing to be done.

- Set up office space making sure supplies and crew wellness needs are taken care of at all times.

Communication

- Act as main internal communicator for the site production and site operations teams.

- Collaborate with the Back of House (BOH) Team to streamline the advancing workflow.

- Act as the advance lead for the site production team to complete and send out advance forms to confirmed site vendors and internal site department for each event. Spearhead all aspects of the advance process such as providing follow-up and timely return of advance forms, compiling necessary content, etc.

- Coordinate with the warehouse team on shipping and receiving needs.

- Provide clear, concise communication with all relevant stakeholders as directed

**Qualifications**

- 4+ years of experience in event project management or related experience

- Well-rounded knowledge of production, site production elements, site build, and heavy equipment

- Ability to effectively supervise and manage groups of staff

- Must be an active problem solver, instilled with a sense of urgency for projects large and small

- Have great written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail

- Must be motivated with an “Everything is possible” attitude

- Be able to work independently and efficiently without supervision

- Be present at every show to upsell available VIP inventory to concert patrons.

THE ROLE

The Site Production Manager leads the planning, execution, and oversight of all site production elements for festivals, including infrastructure, budgeting, vendor coordination, and team leadership. This role ensures operational efficiency by collaborating with internal departments, managing timelines, and maintaining high safety and production standards. Additionally, the manager develops vendor and venue relationships, oversees site budgets, and supports hiring, training, and cross-functional problem-solving throughout the event lifecycle. This is note a remote position and is on site at events for long durations of time.

**Responsibilities**

- Spearhead and be responsible for the execution of all aspects of site production for any given event. This includes but not limited to the managing, planning, budgeting of festival infrastructural elements such as fence, power, tenting, heavy equipment, cleaning, sanitation, fueling, site prep/restoration, etc.

- Mentor and lead the Insomniac site operations team; contribute to the overall development of and act as primaryresource for the site operations team.

- Organize the daily development efforts of site production projects for festivals, lead team meetings, manage planningefforts and ensure delivery against project timelines.

- Partner with Festival Producer and CAD designer to create efficient site plans that aim to create operational efficiencies while following fire and safety regulations.

- Manage and liaise with all stakeholders for the festival build and communicate / advise changes in a timely fashion; Execute the build to Insomniac’s festival standards.

- Partner with Site Production Project Manager to advance and collect all site production needs with vendorsbased on the needs of the festival.

- Work with Site Production Project Manager in streamlining processes such as festival site advancing, creating vendor orders, obtaining vendor quotes and negotiate rates to effectively plan projects.

- Direct site production team and site production vendors through all aspects of the build and strike.

- Provide as a resource to teams for all aspects of site production and collaborate cross-departmentally, such as butnot limited to maintaining various production schedules, advising on ways to more efficiently use site assets, communicating with departments and advise on necessary/unnecessary requests based on each festival site.

- Provide flexible and on the spot problem resolution for unforeseeable issues and help departments with relevantneeds.

- Create, develop and maintain site vendor relationships.

- Partner with Festival Producer to create, develop and maintain venue relationships.

- Understand cost of materials / supplies and consequences of damage & loss with festival gear / rentals

- Oversee the site production budget for festivals, and work in partnership with production finance to ensurefestival site production forecasts are up to date, and reconcile invoices post-show in a timely manner.

- Work with Site Production Project Manager to recruit, hire and train team members.

**Qualifications**

- 5+ years of experience in music festival production

- Advanced technical knowledge of festival production, with an emphasis on site production elements

- Ability to solve logistical and technical problems

- Ability to effectively supervise and manage groups of staff

- Ability to create and maintain large scale event budgets

- Proficient technical skills in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint, Google Docs / Sheets, Airtable, Asana, Adobe PDF Editor, Dropbox

- Basic understanding of AutoCAD preferred

- Extensive resolution management experience

- Must be motivated with an “Everything is possible” attitude

- Have great written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail

- Must be an active problem solver, instilled with a sense of urgency for projects large and small

- Heavy Equipment (Fork Lift / Aerial Lift) certification

- Must be able to travel (economy) for work for long periods of time (i.e. several weeks at a time)

- Knowledge of dance music and Insomniac’s brands

WORK ENVIRONMENT

- Must be able to tolerate loud noise levels & busy environments

- Must be able to move, lift, and/or carry items up to 50lbs.

**THE JOB**

We are currently looking for a Seasonal Regional Marketing Coordinator in Allentown, PA to support the Archer Music Hall for 30 hours a week. This person, under guidance of the Regional Marketing Management Team, will be responsible for multiple tasks that are essential to the success of Live Nation’s marketing efforts including artist and audience research, coordination, and delivery of marketing assets to marketing partners, invoice coding and payment and event marketing recap reports.

**What This Role Will Do**

- Perform a range of administrative and marketing support duties for the Regional Marketing Management Team

- Coordinate the delivery of promotional tickets with applicable marketing partners throughout the region

- Compile advertising settlement recap reports for locally booked events

- Code and process incoming advertising invoices

- Research audience and artist demographic info to help shape marketing plans

- Assist with any grassroots marketing campaigns (ordering flyers/posters, shipping materials)

- Assist the local PR team in compiling local show information for press releases

- Ensure all necessary show marketing information is input into Live Nation proprietary marketing tools

- Day of show event coverage as necessary

**What This Person Will Bring**

- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required

**THE JOB**

Utah First Credit Union Amphitheatre is seeking a Venue Sustainability Crew member to help us take our sustainability program to the next level. This role is the backbone and driving force to help us achieve our goal of zero waste. This position is part time-seasonal and will work under the Venue Sustainability Manager and be part of the venue operations team. Hours vary on event schedules and facility needs across the venue.

**Responsibilities**

- Participate in Venue Sustainability Crew training

- Assist in the mid- and post-show sorting process of all recycling, composting, and landfill materials.

- Be available to work on event days and non-event days, which can include both weekdays and weekends, to ensure all waste is sorted and diverted.

- Assist the Venue Sustainability Manager with educating venue staff and guests on zero waste initiatives.

- Maintain a clean sorting area and support the post-show pick after each event, which will result in scheduled shifts occurring on days after the show.

- Other tasks assigned by the Venue Sustainability Manager on an as-need basis.

**Qualifications**

- Position requires about 90% of the time spent walking, bending, reaching, stooping, lifting and carrying 50 lbs.+ with about 65% of that time spent sorting materials.
