Day-to-day tasks include planning and organizing event details, collaborating with clients to ensure their needs are met, managing vendors, overseeing budgets, and ensuring smooth event execution. The Event Planner will also contribute to sales efforts by promoting our venue and services to prospective customers.

**Qualifications **

- Strong skills in Event Planning and Event Management to ensure seamless coordination and execution of events

- Experience in Communication and Sales to build relationships with clients and vendors effectively

- Proficiency in Budgeting to manage event costs and allocate resources efficiently

The Accounting Bookkeeper will handle day-to-day financial tasks, including bookkeeping, preparing financial statements, journal entries, and working with accounting software. This role also involves tracking and managing finances to ensure the accuracy and health of the company's financial records.
