HR Director Orange County, CA | Hybrid (2 Days Onsite) We’re partnering with a growing organization seeking a hands-on HR Director to build and lead a scalable HR function supporting a large, multi-state hourly workforce. This is a high-impact leadership role with strong visibility across the organization and direct partnership with executive leadership. What You’ll Lead
Build and improve HR processes, policies, and infrastructure
Serve as the internal expert on California wage & hour compliance
Lead complex employee relations matters and workplace investigations
Oversee workers’ compensation programs, claims, and return-to-work processes
Partner with leadership to drive consistency, accountability, and operational excellence
Ensure compliance across a multi-state workforce environment
What We’re Looking For
7–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership
Deep knowledge of California labor laws and wage & hour compliance
Strong employee relations and investigations experience
Proven ability to build or transform HR infrastructure
