What You’ll Lead
- Build and improve HR processes, policies, and infrastructure
- Serve as the internal expert on California wage & hour compliance
- Lead complex employee relations matters and workplace investigations
- Oversee workers’ compensation programs, claims, and return-to-work processes
- Partner with leadership to drive consistency, accountability, and operational excellence
- Ensure compliance across a multi-state workforce environment
What We’re Looking For
- 7–10+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership
- Deep knowledge of California labor laws and wage & hour compliance
- Strong employee relations and investigations experience
- Workers’ compensation administration expertise
- Experience supporting high-volume hourly workforces
- Proven ability to build or transform HR infrastructure
