Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commercial Superintendent based in Fort Worth, TX, with flexibility for some work-from-home options. The Commercial Superintendent will oversee all phases of construction projects, manage job site operations, and ensure on-time and on-budget project completion. Responsibilities include coordinating with project managers, supervising subcontractors, enforcing safety standards, and monitoring quality control. The role also involves maintaining project schedules, addressing on-site issues, and ensuring adherence to design specifications and regulations.

Qualifications
- Construction project management and scheduling experience, with expertise in supervising job site operations
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, drawings, and specifications
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills
- Proficiency in construction software and related tools for project scheduling and documentation
- Proven knowledge of safety regulations, quality standards, and building codes
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills to coordinate with teams and subcontractors
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on deadlines
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in commercial construction and on-site supervision is highly desirable
