**Description**

We are seeking a meticulous Contracts Processor to manage all aspects of the contract process, including preparing, revising examining and analyzing all appropriate documents. This person will maintain and keep a record of all contracts and related repots, logs and transactions.

**Essential Duties:**

-  Verify sales information and accurately type up contracts for final processing.

-  Log all contracts and related information into the database system promptly and accurately.

-  Process payments and manage financial transactions associated with contracts.

-  Handle contract edits, cancellations and other modifications as needed.

**Requirements:**

-  Previous experience in contract processing, legal assistance or a similar role.

-  Strong ability to work collaboratively with team members at all levels within the company, as well as with external partners.

-  Familiarity with legal requirements and standards associated with contracts.

-  Excellent time management skills and accountability.

-  Outstanding organizational and analytical abilities.

-  Sharp attention to detail with a knack for identifying discrepancies and errors.

-  Excellent communication skills, capable of handling inquiries and communications effectively.
