  • Assist in the development of social media content and marketing collateral
  • Collaborate with leadership to shape the narrative, insights, and positioning

5. Company & Community Initiative Support
  • Work directly with the VP to support CEO-level initiatives, including efforts tied to local nonprofit partnerships and case study development.
  • Help plan, organize, and execute programs that align with the company’s broader mission and values
  • Bring structure, follow-through, and momentum to initiatives that currently lack dedicated resources

  • Launch and make measurable progress on the industry case study initiative
  • Become a trusted, go-to resource for the VP of Marketing & Strategy
  • Show the ability to operate independently while staying aligned with leadership priorities
  • Demonstrate a fundamental ability in presentation development, storytelling, deck composition and layout/design of marketing collateral

Ideal Candidate Profile
  • MBA graduate (recent or within 1–2 years)
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable operating in ambiguity and taking initiative
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to self-direct and proactively identify opportunities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to translate data into insights
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ideal candidate would have advanced proficiency developing decks, using Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, and Adobe Creative Suite.
