We’re looking for a relentless, detail-oriented Influencer Marketing Coordinator to help us source, vet, and activate high volumes of aligned creators every month. If you love research, pipelines, and identifying breakout talent before everyone else, this role is for you. The Role The Influencer Marketing Coordinator is primarily responsible for high-volume creator sourcing and vetting to fuel our expanding ambassador and affiliate ecosystem. This role is execution-heavy and metrics-driven. Your success will be measured by:
Qualified creators are sourced weekly
Response and onboarding rates
Volume of activated creators
Accuracy in tracking and payout setup
You’ll work directly with the Marketing Director, Influencer & Partnerships to continuously scale our creator pipeline. What You’ll Own 🔎 High-Volume Creator Sourcing
Source large volumes of U.S.-based fitness creators weekly (10K+ followers minimum)
Identify micro, mid-tier, and emerging creators aligned with millennial audiences
Actively research across Instagram and other social platforms
Build and maintain a robust, constantly refreshed creator pipeline
✅ Rigorous Vetting & Qualification
Evaluate engagement quality, audience authenticity, and brand alignment
Screen for posting frequency, content consistency, and professionalism
Flag audience red flags (low-quality engagement, bots, misalignment)
