Pay Range: $80,000 - $100,00 /Base Salary Compensation within range to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge and skills, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Job Overview: As a District Manager in Training (DMIT) . In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in the operational and strategic management of multiple retail locations within your assigned district. The DMIT program is designed to develop high-potential leaders who can drive store performance, ensure top talent acquisition and retention, deliver exceptional customer service, and achieve financial and operational goals. Candidates must be flexible and willing to relocate anywhere within Texas to support district needs and career growth opportunities. Responsibilities:
Ensure all new team members are fully trained within 180 days of onboarding
Drive district stores to meet or exceed budgeted sales goals
Increase water test conversions and prescription sales penetration
Achieve targets for conversion, units per transaction (UPT), and average ticket size (ATS); implement action plans where needed
Manage controllable expenses to maximize profitability
Grow customer count through coaching and adherence to service standards
Develop and mentor General Managers to ensure strong district leadership and team performance
Qualifications:
3–5 years of field experience in a multi-unit retail environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Proven leadership with strong references from supervisors, peers, and direct reports
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to relocate anywhere in Texas
