How You'll Contribute To Our Success As the Business Intelligence (BI) Manager, you will rebuild and scale reliable reporting across Lesaffre North America, aligning the region with the Lesaffre Group BI Target Operating Model. Your focus will be on creating a governed BI capability where data is treated as a strategic asset, ensuring consistent reporting across regions and empowering business teams with trusted information. As the Regional BI Referent, you will represent North America within Lesaffre Group BI governance, interfacing with stakeholders to implement the BI Target Operating Model while advocating for regional priorities. Your goal is to foster a data-driven culture and provide the organization with reliable, consistent, and trustworthy information. What You’ll Do As a BI Manager
Demonstrate an unwavering commitment to Lesaffre's safety-first culture by strictly following all safety protocols and participating in required safety programs
Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI or SAC based on governed data from Snowflake, Datasphere, or certified models
Ensure data quality, usability, performance, and reliability of BI assets
Restore critical reporting and eliminate manual spreadsheet processes
Deploy a self-service BI model by identifying and mentoring BI Champions in each function
Provide training, documentation, templates, and first-line support to business users
Apply BI Center of Excellence standards for KPIs, definitions, visualization, naming, and security
Align KPI definitions across countries and functions
Ensure dashboards use certified datasets and reusable semantic models
Work with the North America Data Governance Council to define data ownership through Data Domains
Ensure BI assets respect data ownership, stewardship, and data quality rules
Act as interface with the Group BI Center of Excellence to request data ingestion, validate models, reuse templates, and integrate local data sources
Provide feedback from North America to improve Group standards and practices
Build and animate a network of BI Champions and promote data literacy
Coordinate with IT and Data Platform teams to integrate local data into the global platform
Translate business needs into reusable BI solutions and support executive decision-making
Track BI adoption, data quality indicators, and business impact to drive maturity

Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (computer science, information systems, business analytics, etc.)
7-10 years of experience in BI, analytics, or data architecture roles
Strong understanding of dimensional modeling (star schema, snowflake schema, fact and dimension design)
Solid understanding of data warehouse architecture and ETL processes
Hands-on experience building governed dashboards using BI tools (Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, etc.)
Experience administering BI platforms (security, performance tuning, lifecycle management)
Proficiency in SQL and relational databases
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake or equivalent)
Experience in multi-country or matrix organizations and working with global Centers of Excellence
Proven experience implementing BI operating models, self-service BI, or governed analytics environments
Strong experience with the SAP analytics ecosystem (SAP Datasphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, S/4HANA Embedded Analytics)
Experience building and enhancing CDS views and consuming them in reporting tools
Good understanding of SAP data structures and processes across core modules (FI, PP, SD, MM)
Experience integrating SAP and non-SAP data sources using standard connectors (SDI, ODI, OData, JDBC, flat files)
