Job Summary The TA Specialist supports the execution of the organization’s talent acquisition strategy by managing full-cycle recruiting processes across a variety of roles. This position partners closely with hiring managers and the rest of the HR team to attract, engage, and hire top talent aligned with business needs. They play a key role in delivering a positive candidate experience, maintaining efficient hiring workflows, and contributing to continuous improvement of recruiting practices. This role reports directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager. Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing coordination, and offer support.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, develop sourcing strategies, and ensure alignment throughout the hiring process.
Proactively source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and other channels to build strong talent pipelines.
Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to support compliance and reporting needs.
Assist in tracking recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline activity, and source effectiveness.
Support employer branding efforts, including job postings, social media engagement, and candidate outreach.
Coordinate interviews, feedback collection, and communication between candidates and hiring teams.
Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to support hiring initiatives and workforce needs.
Participate in process improvements to enhance recruiting efficiency and effectiveness.
Assist with vendor coordination (e.g., background checks) and onboarding processes as needed.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
Requirements
2–4 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience (agency or in-house).
Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Ability to stay organized, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and interpret basic recruiting metrics.
High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information.
