Overview We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership within a dynamic, fast-paced technology environment. This role requires strong judgment, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Key Responsibilities
Manage complex and dynamic calendars, including scheduling meetings across time zones and prioritizing executive commitments
Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, logistics, and expense reporting
Prepare, review, and edit communications, presentations, and reports for internal and external audiences
Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and follow-through
Support planning and execution of team meetings, leadership events, and offsites
Track action items, deadlines, and key deliverables to ensure timely completion
Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Assist with budget tracking, purchase orders, and expense management
Drive operational efficiency by identifying process improvements and implementing solutions
Provide backup support to other administrative staff as needed
Required Qualifications
4+ years of experience supporting senior leaders (Director level or above)
Proven ability to manage complex calendars and shifting priorities
Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting executives in a large, global technology organization
Experience coordinating large-scale meetings or events (e.g., all-hands, leadership offsites)
Familiarity with expense management tools (e.g., Concur) and procurement processes
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
Ability to anticipate executive needs and act with urgency
This position requires candidates to be based near our headquarters in Morrisville, NC and adhere to a 3:2 hybrid work schedule. This means three days on-site for in-person collaboration and two days remote each week, ensuring flexibility while maintaining strong team engagement.
