We are seeking an experienced and strategic Communications Manager to lead the development and execution of a structured, enterprise-wide internal communications strategy. This role plays a critical part in ensuring employees are informed, aligned, and engaged with the organization’s priorities, culture, and direction. With internal communications as the primary focus, this role will establish a formal communications framework, standardize messaging practices, and partner closely with senior leaders to deliver clear, consistent, and effective communications. The Communications Manager will also support select external communications aligned with the company’s purpose, mission, and values—helping ensure a consistent and credible voice across key stakeholders, including suppliers and dealers. What You’ll Do
Develop and implement a comprehensive internal communications framework, including governance, standards, channels, and cadence
Establish best practices that ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment across all internal communications and global entities
Create communication toolkits and guidance to improve messaging quality and consistency across teams
Serve as the primary editorial owner for internal communications, ensuring a consistent voice and high-quality content across executive, organizational, and change communications
Partner with senior leadership, HR, Marketing, and program management to deliver aligned communications that support key initiatives and employee programs
Design engagement-focused communication strategies and use data, insights, and employee feedback to continuously improve effectiveness
Own and optimize internal communication channels (e.g., intranet, newsletters, email) and recommend tools and technologies to enhance reach and impact
Support development of external messaging aligned with the company’s purpose, mission, and values
Assist leaders in preparing clear, consistent communications for suppliers, dealers, and other key partners
Provide guidance and coaching to leaders to enhance communication effectiveness
Ensure alignment between internal and external messaging to reinforce brand and organizational positioning
Maintain strict confidentiality and perform other duties as assigned
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Human Resources, or a related field
4–6 years of experience in internal or corporate communications
Demonstrated experience developing and implementing communication strategies or frameworks
Experience supporting communications in a mid-sized organization (approximately 500–2,000 employees) preferred
Experience with change management communications
Background working closely with Human Resources functions
Exceptional writing, editing, and content development skills
Strong ability to translate complex information into clear, concise, and compelling messaging
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences
Proven ability to collaborate with and influence senior leaders
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
High attention to detail and commitment to quality and accuracy
