About the Role We are seeking a results-driven Director of Sales to lead and expand our wholesale business across Mass Retail, eCommerce, Club, and Canadian markets. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, strengthening key account relationships, and leading a network of sales representatives while developing strategic sales initiatives. What You’ll Do Strategic Sales Leadership
Develop and execute annual sales plans, forecasts, and budgets
Identify and open new markets and channels to drive long-term growth
Analyze sales data, trends, and pricing strategies to optimize performance
Account Management & Growth
Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key wholesale partners
Drive eCommerce growth (including Amazon and online marketplaces) through optimized merchandising and promotions
Collaborate with marketing and cross-functional teams to deliver tailored retail programs
Team Leadership
Lead and manage outside sales representatives, setting targets and driving accountability
Conduct performance reviews, coaching, and development planning
Facilitate sales meetings and implement incentive programs
Brand & Market Expansion
Lead merchandising, promotional, and category initiatives to strengthen brand presence
Expand Canadian retail distribution and performance
Utilize data-driven (“fact-based selling”) approaches to influence decision-making
Experience
10–15 years in the consumer products industry
5–7 years managing national accounts or large retail customers
5–7 years leading brokers or third-party sales representatives
Skills & Expertise
Proven success growing wholesale and eCommerce channels
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate insights into action
High level of accountability, resilience, and customer focus
