Key Responsibilities
- Respond to and manage inbound sales leads with professionalism and efficiency
- Sell predefined service packages, guiding clients through the options to find the best fit
- Maintain a strong conversion rate by effectively closing sales
- Conduct sales calls and presentations to prospective clients
- Address client objections and questions with clarity and confidence
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales data in the CRM system
- Collaborate with team members to refine sales strategies and improve customer experience
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role with demonstrated success
- Strong ability to close sales and meet or exceed conversion rate targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of organization and attention to detail
- Familiarity with Hubspot CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compensation & Benefits
- $50,000 base salary
