We are seeking dependable Concrete Laborers to support heavy civil and roadway construction projects in the Douglasville area.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with forming, pouring, and finishing concrete
- Support site preparation, grading, and cleanup activities
- Transport materials, tools, and equipment across the job site
- Work alongside carpenters and finishers during concrete placements
Required Qualifications
- Experience in heavy civil, roadway, or structural concrete construction preferred
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Strong understanding of jobsite safety practices
- Ability to follow directions and complete tasks efficiently
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel to active job sites
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience on DOT or infrastructure projects
- Prior construction or concrete labor experience
