The Position We are looking for a results-driven, consultative National Sales Director to own and grow our US territory. This is a fully remote, high-impact role at a company with an established client base of major financial service providers and an AI-advantageous growth agenda. The ideal candidate already uses AI professionally and personally on a regular basis, thrives in an ever-changing entrepreneurial environment, is comfortable navigating multi-department buying processes at large financial institutions, and is excited about crafting solutions that increase the well-being of consumers, small businesses, and the financial service providers that serve them. itle National Sales Director Experience 7–15 years in B2B enterprise sales; financial services domain Base Salary $110,000 - $140,000 On-Target Earnings $250,000 - $300,000 Commission Tiered with accelerators Reports To CEO Location Fully Remote; some travel within territory Employment Type Full-Time, Exempt The Responsibilities New Business Development Upsell & Renewal Management Cross-Functional Collaboration Pipeline & Forecasting The Qualifications • 7 + years of B2B solution selling experience in digital marketing SaaS/software or professional services to financial service providers. • Existing or prior relationships with VP buyers at retail consumer banks, credit unions, or lenders preferred. • Experience in direct or digital marketing and/or web-based visitor engagement solutions. • Demonstrated, verifiable track record of meeting or exceeding quota/revenue targets over multiple years. • Experience managing the enterprise sales process, navigating complex organizational structures and selling to committees and cross-functional buying groups. • Proven ability to develop and maintain strong business relationships with C-level and VP-level decision makers. • Experience with and preference for teamwork with small entrepreneurial enterprises. • Proficiency with Salesforce.com (or comparable CRM) and Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Self-directed, resourceful, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment. • Ability to travel within assigned territory as needed. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience. Prior success with a structured sales methodology desired: MEDDIC, Challenger, Solution Selling, Value Selling, SPIN, or similar.
