This role focuses on developing strategic partnerships with senior living communities, healthcare providers, and local organizations, while increasing awareness of the firm’s legal services.

This position plays a vital role in the firm’s growth by generating referral opportunities, coordinating educational outreach, and strengthening the firm’s presence within the community. The Community Liaison is often the first point of contact with prospective clients and partners and must consistently reflect the firm’s professionalism, integrity, and client-centered approach.

This is not a traditional admin role. This position is the operational backbone of the firm — responsible for ensuring systems, people, and performance are aligned to support growth, profitability, and exceptional client service.
