Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Legal Assistant located in Mission Viejo, CA. The Legal Assistant will perform tasks such as preparing legal documents, conducting meetings with clients, administrative tasks, managing communication, supporting attorneys in day-to-day legal operations, and other duties as assigned. The role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic legal environment. Qualifications
Valid Notary Commission is required
Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Legal Assistant duties
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
Attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency with legal software and tools is an advantage
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe
Experience or knowledge in estate planning, trust, and probate law is a plus
Bachelor's degree or certification in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related field is preferred
