We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Construction Project Manager to oversee residential and/or commercial construction projects from pre-construction through final delivery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is highly organized, and can confidently manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and budgets simultaneously.
The Project Manager will play a key role in coordinating field operations, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to plan.

The Project Manager will play a key role in coordinating field operations, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to plan.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage construction projects from planning and permitting through close-out
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal project teams
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
- Monitor project progress and proactively address delays or risks
- Review architectural plans, specifications, contracts, and project documentation
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, permits, and safety regulations
- Conduct regular site visits and oversee quality control standards
- Prepare and communicate project updates, reports, and budget tracking to leadership
- Manage change orders, project documentation, and construction workflows
- Support procurement and material coordination as needed
Requirements
- 3–7+ years of experience in construction project management
- Experience managing residential and/or commercial construction projects
- Strong understanding of the full construction project lifecycle
- Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and vendors
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction documents
- Knowledge of local construction regulations and permitting processes
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Proficiency with project management and construction software is a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
