About the Role We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Construction Project Manager to oversee residential and/or commercial construction projects from pre-construction through final delivery. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, is highly organized, and can confidently manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and budgets simultaneously. The Project Manager will play a key role in coordinating field operations, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and according to plan. Key Responsibilities
Manage construction projects from planning and permitting through close-out
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal project teams
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
Monitor project progress and proactively address delays or risks
Review architectural plans, specifications, contracts, and project documentation
Ensure compliance with local building codes, permits, and safety regulations
Conduct regular site visits and oversee quality control standards
Prepare and communicate project updates, reports, and budget tracking to leadership
Manage change orders, project documentation, and construction workflows
Support procurement and material coordination as needed
Requirements
3–7+ years of experience in construction project management
Experience managing residential and/or commercial construction projects
Strong understanding of the full construction project lifecycle
Proven experience managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and vendors
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and construction documents
Knowledge of local construction regulations and permitting processes
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Proficiency with project management and construction software is a plus
