Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for Apprentice and Journeyman Carpenters located in Grand Rapids, MI. Qualifications
- Proficiency in carpentry tasks, including cutting, shaping, and assembling wood and other materials
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and other carpentry equipment
- Knowledge of safety protocols and the ability to maintain a clean and organized worksite
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials
- Apprentice or Journeyman certification or relevant experience in carpentry
- Previous experience in construction or woodworking is an asset but not required
