Summary We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Sales, Mass Club and Retail Ops to lead our Walmartand Club Channel business. This role is responsible for driving profitable growth, leading customer strategy, and developing high-performing teams across key national accounts. The ideal candidate brings deep CPG experience, strong strategic selling capability, and a proven track record managing large-scale retail accounts such as Walmart. Lead the strategic and tactical execution for Walmart and Club Channel accounts
Drive profitable growth through distribution expansion, new product launches, and trade optimization
Identify new business opportunities, including new accounts and distributor partnerships
Own planning, management, and execution of all sales activities for Walmart and Club Channels
Oversee customer business planning, including private label bids, packaging, logistics, and timing
Drive sales deliverables including distribution gains, new product platforms, and trade management
Manage trade spend, pricing strategy, and profitability across accounts
Lead weekly and monthly reporting to track performance and progress
Partner cross-functionally with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance) to execute business strategies
Implement and manage standardized processes including IFR and annual broker reviews
Support product quality management and address customer-related quality or withdrawal issues
About You
10+ years of CPG sales experience required
Strong experience managing and calling on Walmart required
Proven success in strategic selling, trade management, and account profitability
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field required
MBA or equivalent preferred
Strategic thinking and strong business acumen
Exceptional relationship-building and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to drive results and lead high-performing teams
