For our client, we are seeking a Vice President Research & Evidence to join the team of a leader in the Education, Government & Non-Profit space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a Education, Government & Non-Profit environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $185,000 – $210,000 annually Responsibilities
Lead the enterprise research strategy aligned with organizational goals
Champion innovative and adaptive research methodologies
Uphold high standards of research integrity and compliance
Oversee complex global research initiatives for quality and ethics
Serve as escalation point for risk management and protocol violations
Cultivate partnerships with funders and academic institutions
Promote a strong leadership culture and support Senior Directors in portfolio growth
Qualifications
Master’s degree in relevant field (e.g., International Development, Public Health)
15+ years leading complex national/international research portfolios
9+ years in senior leadership managing research or program portfolios
Expertise in research design, ethics, compliance, and risk management
Strong strategic leadership and relationship-building skills
Experience with NGOs
