About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Staff Product Designer to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $170,000 – $200,000 annually
Responsibilities
  • Lead complex design initiatives from concept to execution
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to define and influence product strategy
  • Design experiences that enhance key performance metrics like activation and retention
  • Ensure cohesive product experiences across multiple teams and product areas
  • Drive the evolution of design systems for improved quality and efficiency
  • Set high standards for design execution and provide impactful feedback
  • Mentor and support design teams to amplify their effectiveness

Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in designing and shipping consumer products
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex initiatives with measurable results
  • Strong understanding of user needs, business goals, and technical limits
  • Experience in influencing product strategies and team alignment
  • Ability to operate from systems level to detailed execution
  • Deep knowledge of scalable design systems and patterns
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Collaborative mindset with strong cross-functional partnerships
  • Proficiency in design tools, particularly Figma
  • Passionate about Bitcoin and financial innovation
