About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Staff GTM Program Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a technology-driven environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $121,600 – $182,400 annually
Responsibilities
  • Define and lead the company’s highest-priority GTM programs, from problem framing through delivery and outcomes
  • Drive alignment across senior leaders, resolving tradeoffs and competing priorities
  • Develop and evaluate options using deep qualitative and quantitative analysis to shape decisions
  • Act as a trusted thought partner to executives, crafting narratives, recommendations, and decision frameworks
  • Improve how the company runs GTM programs by designing scalable processes, governance, and execution models

Qualifications
  • 8–10+ years of experience in Program Management, Management Consulting, Revenue Operations, or Strategy roles in high-growth or enterprise environments
  • Demonstrated success leading ambiguous, company-critical initiatives with broad organizational impact
  • Experience with acquisition integrations, Q2C transformations, or large-scale GTM change strongly preferred
  • Demonstrates a keen interest in improving your craft by using AI
  • Strong analytical skills for qualitative and quantitative analysis
