For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Product Marketing Manager Charlotte AI (agentic Security) to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a technology-driven environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $125,000 – $180,000 annually Responsibilities
Influence and craft messaging for Charlotte AI's key features, clarifying their distinct value and relevance
Collaborate with Product Management on long-term strategy and prioritize product features based on customer needs
Oversee product launches from strategy to execution, ensuring cohesive stakeholder alignment and high-quality outputs
Develop go-to-market frameworks and assets, maintaining consistency in messaging across multiple channels
Enhance field readiness in partnership with sales through tailored guides and competitive insights
Analyze market trends and competitor landscape to reinforce the company’s positioning
Engage in analyst relations and customer storytelling by developing clear narratives and aligned messaging
Qualifications
7+ years in product marketing or similar roles, preferably in cybersecurity or AI/ML sectors
Proven experience in product marketing focused on positioning, messaging, and launches for enterprise tech
Strong storytelling and communication skills, capable of presenting to diverse audiences
Demonstrated ownership of successful product launches and strategic initiatives
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without authority
Attention to detail, ensuring high-quality outputs aligned with business goals
