About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Medical Physicist (wakefield Ri) to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space. This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a Pharmaceuticals & Biotech environment.
Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available
Compensation: $176,900 – $243,232 annually

Responsibilities
- Calibrate dose meters and radiation equipment, including QA checks
- Acquire beam data for treatment planning
- Develop and improve dose measurement protocols and software
- Ensure compliance with radiation safety regulations
- Assist in acceptance testing and commissioning of new machines
- Perform individual treatment planning and dosimetry calculations
- Provide physics consultations to oncology personnel
Qualifications
- Location in or willingness to relocate to Wakefield, RI or nearby area
- M.S. or PhD in Medical Physics or a related field
- Minimum 3+ years clinical experience post-CAMPEP residency
- Preferred ABR Certification, Part-I and possibly Part-II passed
- Experience with HDR and SRS programs is a plus
- Desired experience in computer system administration for patient databases
- Requirement to apply for and maintain relevant State licensing and/or registration
