For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Director Food Service Sales to join the team of a leader in the Retail & Consumer Goods space. This role will support revenue growth through customer focus, relationship development, and disciplined commercial execution. You will collaborate with sales, customer, product, and operational partners to identify opportunities, solve problems, and improve outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen market execution, customer relationships, and measurable business results within a consumer-facing environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $175,000 – $185,000 annually Responsibilities
Develop and execute national sales strategies in food service
Drive revenue growth and market share across North America
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Achieve and exceed national and regional sales targets
Establish sales forecasts, budgets, and P&L objectives
Lead, coach, and develop high-performing sales teams
Build and maintain relationships with distributors and key accounts
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
10-15+ years of progressive sales experience
Food service industry experience
Strong financial and P&L management experience
National sales and strategic account management expertise preferred
