For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Business Systems Analyst - Professional Services (remote) to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will turn data into practical insight that improves visibility, decision-making, and business performance. You will partner with business, technical, and operational stakeholders to build reporting, surface trends, and translate analysis into action. The position offers the opportunity to strengthen data-driven execution and help teams focus on the metrics that matter most within a technology-driven environment.

Compensation: $125,000 – $180,000 annually

Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to maintain a prioritized strategic roadmap
- Provide strong analytical and project management skills to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Own SOX reporting, process definition, and backlog management
- Create and maintain project and architectural design documents
- Drive adoption of business processes and systems
- Ensure data consistency and quality across the company
- Recommend best practices for delivering scalable solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (technical degree preferred)
- 7+ years implementing, configuring, and administering SaaS business systems
- At least 3 years experience with Salesforce and FinancialForce or similar
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated team player
- Salesforce.com certification (Administrator, Advanced Administrator) preferred
- Experience with PSA concepts like resource management and project billing preferred
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
